PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of Holly Hill, Florida, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Hall Commission Chambers at 1065 Ridgewood Avenue, Holly Hill, Florida 32117, for the purpose of hearing all interested parties with respect to the following proposed Ordinance scheduled for second and final reading:
ORDINANCE 3097
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HOLLY HILL, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO DESIGNATE THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT A FROM CC-1 (COMMERCIAL CORRIDOR DISTRICT) TO BUSINESS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (BPUD); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
ALL PARTIES OF INTEREST and persons shall have an opportunity to be heard at said Public Hearing. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this public meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
