PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of New Smyrna Beach Planning and Zoning Board, acting as Local Planning Agency, will consider the following applications at public hearings to be held at a regular meeting on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. Members of the public are invited to attend and provide input:

The proposed applications may be inspected by the public at the Planning Department, 214 Sams Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays. Interested parties may appear at this meeting and be heard with respect to the applications.
The specific meeting agenda will be published and available for public review approximately 5 to 7 days prior to the date of each scheduled meeting. Agendas are posted at City Hall, 210 Sams Avenue, and on the City of New Smyrna Beach official website at www.cityofnsb.com.
Pursuant to Florida Statutes 286.0105, if an individual decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board/Local Planning Agency with respect to any matter considered at a meeting, a record of the proceedings will be required and the individual will need to ensure that a verbatim transcript of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. Such person must provide a method for recording the proceedings.
