Zoning - Rezoning NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS AND HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting held by the Jacksonville Planning Commission on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Edward Ball Building, 1st Floor Hearing Room 1002, 214 North Hogan Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 and the following public hearings will be held by the City Council on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning: Ordinance No. 2026-0304 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 0.37 OF AN ACRE LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 10 AT 5450 CLEVELAND ROAD, BETWEEN 45TH STREET WEST AND CLEVELAND TERRACE (R.E. NO(S). 030065-0000), AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, OWNED BY MYKNOLL, LLC, FROM COMMERCIAL COMMUNITY/GENERAL-1 (CCG-1) DISTRICT TO COMMERCIAL COMMUNITY/GENERAL-2 (CCG-2) DISTRICT, AS DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED UNDER THE ZONING CODE, PURSUANT TO APPLICATION NUMBER Z-6961; PROVIDING A DISCLAIMER THAT THE REZONING GRANTED HEREIN SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN EXEMPTION FROM ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
