NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF PONCE INLET

The Planning Board of the Town of Ponce Inlet, Florida is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. to review an application requesting variances from LUDC Sections 3.17.2.H.4 and 3.17.2.K to allow construction of a new dock on property with less than 65 feet of waterfront frontage and to reduce the required setback measured from the riparian lines (the waterward extension of the upland property lines), located at 110 Ponce de Leon Circle, Ponce Inlet, FL (parcel ID# 6430-02-00-0230).

The public hearing shall be held in the Ponce Inlet Town Council Chambers, located at 4300 S. Atlantic Avenue.

Written comments on the proposed request may be sent to the Planning and Development Department office at any time before the public hearing. Such comments shall be provided to the Board prior to the meeting and made part of the official meeting record. The public may inspect this application at the Planning and Development Department office, 4300 S. Atlantic Avenue, Ponce Inlet, Florida during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

This public hearing may be continued to a future date. The date, time, and place of any continuation of a public hearing shall be announced during the public hearing and no further notices regarding this matter will be published.
