NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council for the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County Florida, will conduct a Public Hearing on May 6, 2026 at 6:00 PM, as or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Riviera Beach Event Center, located at 190 E. 13th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, to consider the following: ORDINANCE (SECOND READING) An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving a zoning code text amendment (ZA-24-0005) requested by the applicant, HHC Singer Island, LLC, to amend Division 9 RM-20 High Density Multifamily Dwelling District, Section 31-243(5e) and creating Section 31-243 (12) (Parks and Recreation Trust Fund); providing for Applicability, Conflicts, Severability, and Codification; and providing for an Effective Date. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Copies of the proposed ordinance and supporting documentation are available for public inspection at the City of Riviera Beach Development Services Department between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, except legal holidays.
