YOUR ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following property in BROWARD County, Florida, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No1216 Building No.N/Aof RADUIS CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official records Book 44863, at Page 1541, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
A/K/A 1830 RADIUS DR., #1216, HOLLYWOOD, FL 33020 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on, Plaintiff's attorney, SIEGFRIED RIVERA, ATTORNEYS AT LAW 201 ALHAMBRA CIRCLE, ELEVENTH FLOOR, CORAL GABLES, FLORIDA 33134 on or before 2/16/2026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service upon Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
