Final Judgment was awarded on December 6, 2025 in Civil Case No. CACE24017522, of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST
2019-RP1 is the Plaintiff, and DALBURN CLAIR A/K/A DALBURN CLAIRE A/K/A DALBURN E. CLAIR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
