REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS REQUEST FOR HVAC Repair and Maintenance Services (Group 5: Trane Chillers, Group 6: Evapco Cooling Towers, Group 8: Cleaver Brooks Fire Tube Boilers, Group 9: Flow and Energy Meters, Group 11: Pumps) The Authority is seeking qualified contractors to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for various HVAC equipment in the MPEA facilities. Beginning Monday, March 9, 2026, the RFP document(s) will be available for download on the Authority's website at www.mpea.com under the link “Doing Business / Current Opportunities”. Proposals for this RFP are due no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate.
