REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Hotel Operator The Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority seeks an operating partner with a major national lodging brand, with amenities and facilities (detailed in the RFP), to enhance the McCormick Place Convention Center attendee experience. The Authority invites submittals from highly qualified and financially capable hotel operators that have proven experience in major market convention hotel management. The RFP document(s) are available for download beginning Wednesday, March 11, 2026, via the Authority's website at www.mpea.com under the link “Doing Business” and “Current Bids/Opportunities”. Proposals are due no later than 12:00 Noon (CST) on Monday, June 1, 2026. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate.
