PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, WLL COUNTY, ILLINOIS GREAT ADJUSTING, LLC, Plaintiff,  vs. EDGAR MENDIETTA,  Defendant,  No. 2025 SC 006049.  The requisite Affidavit for Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you, EDGAR MENDIETTA, that the above-entitled action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, praying for payment of the judgment and interest owed to the Plaintiff. YOU ARE SUMMONED and required to bring to Court all financial records; tax returns (for last 5 years); checking and/or savings account statements for last 12 months; copies of certificate of deposit (if any); title to any vehicles; W-2, K-ls , or 1099s for the last 12 months; and any other documents specified in the Citation to Discover Assets that was filed in Court in 2025 SC 006049. A judgment was already entered against you on December 9, 2025 in the amount of $1954.28 plus interest. You must appear, in person, on June 16, 2026 at 9:00am before Judge Jarz in Room 1002 of the Will County Courthouse located at 100 E. Jefferson St., Joliet, IL 60432 and answer questions and provide documents pursuant to the Citation to Discover Assets submitted by Plaintiff. If you fail to appear, a Rule to Show Cause may issue against you. If you fail to appear thereafter, a warrant may issue for your arrest. Nicholas C.
