Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on May 19th, 2026 at 10:30 A.M. at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Polk County Board of Supervisors, Room 120, Polk County Administration Building, 111 Court Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa, 50309, regarding the conveyance of a Permanent Utility and Roadway Easement to the City of Altoona on Board-managed land known as the Chichaqua Valley Trail;
EASEMENT DESCRIPTION (a)
