NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026 at 10:30 A.M. at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Polk County Board of Supervisors, in Room 120 of the Polk County Administrative Office Building, 111 Court Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa 50309, regarding the proposed vacation of an existing platted private electrical easement on property located at 7786 NW 37th Street, Ankeny, and legally described as Lot 14 Ironwood Heights Subdivision, within Section 32 of Township 80 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M. (Crocker Township), Polk County, Iowa. The description of the private electrical easement to be vacated is as follows:
THE ENTIRE 10' PRIVATE ELECTRICAL EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT 14, IRONWOOD HEIGHTS, POLK COUNTY, IOWA, AS RECORDED SEPTEMBER 26, 2023, IN BOOK 19609, PAGE 954 OF THE POLK COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE.
