Approval of Closed Session / Closed SessionDirector Miller moved, and Director Michaelson seconded the motion to go into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code section 21.5(1)(i) to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual requests a closed session.A roll call vote was made. Motion carried 7-0 with Directors Ehmcke, Hanson, Lee, Meyers, Michaelson, Miller, and Supiot voting in favor of the motion. The Board went into closed session at 1:33 p.m.VI.
