LEGAL NOTICE Bid No. 26095 CITY OF PORTLAND, MAINE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS PROJECT: HIGH STREET – CONGRESS SQUARE TO PARK AVE – MPI PAVING Sealed bids for HIGH STREET – CONGRESS SQUARE TO PARK AVE – MPI PAVING for the Department of Public Works shall be submitted electronically to bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov with the name of the Bidder, Contract Name and Bid number in the subject line will be received until 3:30 p.m., Thursday, May 28, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read. Proposals may also be submitted via USPS, UPS, FedEx or in person to the City of Portland, Purchasing Rm. 103, 389 Congress St., Portland ME 04101. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the date and time specified. Late, unsigned bids, or bids submitted via fax shall not be accepted. PROJECT LOCATION: The project areas include the following: 1. High Street – Congress Square to Park Avenue a. 2" Milling, 0.5" Shim, and 1.5" Overlay OUTLINE OF WORK: The project includes, but, is not limited to the following items: 1. Pavement milling 2. 0.5" hot mix asphalt shim 3. 1.5" hot mix asphalt pavement overlay 4. Sidewalk ramp construction 5. Sidewalk construction 6. Install, adjust, reset, or rebuild curbing 7. Install, adjust, reset, or rebuild manholes and catch basins 8. Install esplanade 9.
