Bid Notice — 3026 Laclede Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri

Invitation to BidHarris-Stowe State University (HSSU) is requesting bids for Shingle Roof Replacement and installation of a roof hatch on the roof at Gillespie Residence Hall located at 3026 Laclede Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri.
Bids must be emailed no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 28, 2026 to Corey Freeman at freemanc@hssu.edu. Responses to the ITB will be opened and read at a virtual bid opening on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 2:30 pm. The link to the virtual bid opening will be sent at the time of bid submission.
A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Interested parties are to meet in the Gillespie Residence Hall lobby. The Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory, but highly encouraged. Bidders are at a minimum required to visit the site on their own prior to the bid date.
