Notice is hereby given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) that RESOLUTION R-25-312 RESOLUTION AWARDING A NON-FAIR AND OPEN CONTRACT TO SPATIAL DATA LOGIC (SDL) FOR PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5 (1)(dd) was adopted at the meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Montclair, on October 21, 2025. The Contract is for an initial term of one year in an amount not to exceed $53,000 per year.
