Notice is hereby given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) that RESOLUTION R-26-057 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SUBURBAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION SERVICES IN RELATION TO THE 2026 SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT (BID 26-04) was adopted at the meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Montclair, on February 10, 2026. The Contract is for a term not to exceed one year in an amount not to exceed $150,000. The Resolution and Contract are on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Township Clerk.
