TOWNSHIP OF MONTCLAIR NOTICE OF NON-FAIR AND OPEN CONTRACT. Notice is hereby given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) that RESOLUTION R-25-382 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF A NON-FAIR AND OPEN PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT TO RSC ARCHITECT FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT, ELEVATOR ASSESSMENT AND REPAIR FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF MONTCLAIR MUNICIPAL BUILDING 205 CLAREMONT AVENUE was adopted at the meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Montclair, on December 16, 2025. The Contract is for an initial term of one year in an amount not to exceed $63,350 per year.
