TOWNSHIP OF MONTCLAIR NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD. Notice is hereby given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) that RESOLUTION R-26-007 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF ESSEX FOR ON-DEMAND COMMUNITY TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM IN COORDINATION WITH ESSEX COUNTY COMMUNITY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AND THE TOWNSHIP OF MONTCLAIR SENIOR SERVICES was adopted at the meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Montclair, on January 6, 2026. The Contract is for an initial term of one year with one option to renew the contract for an additional one year not to exceed $175,000.
