Notice is hereby given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) that RESOLUTION R-26-012 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF A NON-FAIR AND OPEN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT TO CLEARY GIACOBBE ALFIERI & JACOBS, LLC TO PROVIDE SERVICES AS INTERIM TOWNSHIP ATTORNEY FOR CY 2026 was adopted at the meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Montclair, on January 6, 2026. The Contract is for an initial term of 120 days , or until such time as a Township Attorney is appointed in an amount not to exceed $60,000 per year.
