TOWNSHIP OF MONTCLAIR NOTICE OF NON-FAIR AND OPEN CONTRACT. Notice is hereby given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) that RESOLUTION R-25-336 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT ONE TO A NON-FAIR AND OPEN PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT TO RSC ARCHITECTS FOR THE REHABILITATION AND REPAIRS OF THE CLARY ANDERSON ARENA was adopted at the meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Montclair, on November 12, 2025. The Contract is for an initial term of the length of time authorized and necessary for the completion of the repairs and rehabilitation of Clary Anderson Arena the amendment is in the amount of 17,750 with an amount not to exceed $107,750, per year.
