NOTICE OF FILING OF DIVORCE COMPLAINT DOCKET No.: FM-09-578-26 SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY CHANCERY DIVISION FAMILY PART HUDSON COUNTY To: ANTONIA DIEGO RAMIREZ By order of the Superior Court of New Jersey wherein Orlando Rivera is the plaintiff and you Antonia Diego Ramirez are the defendant in a divorce complaint, you are required within 35 days of this publication to serve upon the plaintiff Orlando Rivera and file with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hudson County Courthouse, 595 Newark Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306 along with proof of service on plaintiff, either (a) an Answer to Plaintiff's Complaint for Divorce; or (b) a written appearance in accordance with Court Rule 5:4-3(a). If you fail to file an Answer or appearance with the Court within 35 days of the date of this publication, a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint for divorce.
