NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning Board Paterson, New Jersey Please Take Notice: An application has been made by: Bruno Investments, LLC For: Minor Subdivision Approval, Site Plan Approval and all Bulk Variances required by law. So as to permit: The applicant proposes to subdivide the existing 7,500 square foot parcel into three lots. The existing dwelling is to be demolished. Proposed lot 25.01 is to contain a proposed three-story, two-unit dwelling on a proposed 2,500 square foot lot. Proposed lot 25.02 is to contain a proposed three-story, two-unit dwelling on a proposed 2,500 square foot lot.
