So as to permit: On a vacant 2,677.1 square foot lot, the applicant proposes to construct a new three-story, two-family residential building including 3 bedrooms on each unit. The first floor proposes a two-car garage, a recreation room, and a staircase. The second and third floors each propose a three-bedroom unit including a kitchen, living/dining areas, mechanical and laundry rooms, and two full bathrooms. This proposal is within the R-2 Low-Medium Denser Residential District.
