So as to permit: The applicant proposes to build a 2-Family Home on a lot 50' x 100' with 5,000 SF. The R-1 Zone does not allow the proposal, so a Use variance is required, the only variance required for the application is Use. All other building requirements are met.
 
On the premises located at: 262 East 29th Street.

A public hearing has been ordered for March 19, 2026. This meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:30pm in the City Council Chambers, 3rd floor, City Hall Paterson 155 Market Street Paterson, New Jersey. When this matter is called, you may appear either in person, by agent, or attorney, and present any objections you may have to the granting of this application.
