NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning Board Paterson, New Jersey Please Take Notice: An Application has been made by: AR Rahman Real Estate For: Minor Subdivision Approval, Site Plan Approval and All Bulk Variances required by Law. So as to permit: The applicant proposes to re-subdivide the total combined lot area of 5,000 square feet into two lots. Proposed lot 29 is to contain an existing two-and-a-half-story, two-unit dwelling on a proposed 3,200 square foot lot.
