PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been filed by 183 Bayview SPE JCP001 LLC (the “Applicant”) with the Jersey City Planning Board seeking Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval, together with any other variance(s), waiver(s), exception(s), or other relief the Planning Board may deem necessary or required in connection with this application, for the property located at 183 Bayview Avenue, Jersey City, also known as Block 24001, Lot 2 on the Official Tax Map of the City of Jersey City (the “Property”). The Property is located within the Jackson Hill Redevelopment Plan, in the Historic Neighborhood Mixed Use (2) Subdistrict, as indicated on the zoning chart and zoning map included in the submitted plans. The application proposes the conversion of a vacant religious dormitory into a fourteen (14) unit multi-family dwelling as described in the General Development Application. The Applicant is not requesting any variances, waivers, or exceptions. A separate but related application for minor subdivision approval, including a c-variance associated with the lot line realignment, has been filed separately and is expected to be heard by the Board concurrently. Any person or persons affected by this application may have an opportunity to be heard at the hearing of Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 5:30 P.M. in the Board Room of the Holloway Building located at 4 Jackson Square (aka 39 Kearney Avenue), Jersey City, NJ 07305, or at any date and time to which the Board may adjourn, at which time you may appear either in person, by agent or attorney and present comments which you may have regarding this application.
