NOTICE OF HEARING
Please be advised that this notice is being provided pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12 to inform you that an Application(s) for:
Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval with C variances for (i) maximum building height where 55 feet are permitted and 56.5 feet are proposed, (ii) minimum rear-yard setback where 8.3 feet from the north lot line and 21.2 feet from the west lot line are required and 0 feet are proposed and any other variance(s), waiver(s) or exception(s) the Board may deem as required, has been filed with the Jersey City Planning Board for property located at:
