Van Keuren, LLC. (“Van Keuren”) will be holding a Public Hearing, in accordance with N.J.A.C 7:1C-4:2, for the purpose of
providing information to the community and receiving oral and/or written comments on the proposed Transfer Station/Materials
Recovery Facility (“TS/MRF”) Solid Waste Facility. The TS/MRF was approved for inclusion within the New Jersey Sports
& Exposition Authority (“NJSEA”) Solid Waste Management Plan (“SWMP”) on March 12, 2015. The Public Hearing will be
held on April 28, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM, at The Hall on West Side, 60 West Side Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07305. The Public
Hearing will also be available virtually. For individuals interested in attending virtually, information will be available on-line at
https://www.complianceplusservices.com/Van-Keuren. This notice is also being published in The New Jersey
