NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
UNDER ARTICLE 9 OF THE
UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on June 11, 2026 at 1:00
pm, BXF Lending LLC (“Secured Party”) will offer for sale at a
public auction one hundred (100%) percent of the membership
interest held by Joaquim Ferreira in Jersey City Living LLC (the
“Collateral”). The method of disposition will be a public sale
conducted in accordance with Article 9 of the Uniform
Commercial Code. The Collateral will be sold as a single unit
and is offered AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS and
without recourse to Secured Party. Only qualified bidders will
be permitted to bid. For information on how to qualify and to
