GENESEE ORLEANS WYOMING COUNTIES ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID The Batavia City School District requests sealed bids for driveway sealing, crack filling, line striping, and repair for parking lots and access roads at the Batavia City School District High School, Jackson School and Richmond Memorial Library. The work area is approximately 207,000 square feet. Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. (local time) on Friday, May 15th, 2026 at the District Office, 260 State Street, Batavia, NY 14020 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened. All work must be completed between July 15th and August 15th 2026. Detailed information and bid documents may be obtained by calling Chad Bliss at (585) 343-2480 Ext. 1013. Envelopes containing bids shall be sealed and clearly marked as such and a non-collusive statement must be included. The Batavia City School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Any bid submitted will be binding for 45 days subsequent to the date of bid opening.
