INVITATION TO BID
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to a motion of the Town Board of the Town of Lee, Oneida County, New York, sealed bids for Streun Road Culvert Replacement in the Town of Lee, New York, will be received by the Town Clerk at, 5808 Stokes Lee Center Road, Lee Center, New York, until 6:45 p.m. on the 9th day of June 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and shall be marked:
STREUN ROAD CULVERT REPLACEMENTS
The project replaces one culvert along Streun Road in the Town of Lee. The site is west of Point Rock Road and it replaced a 72" +/- corrugated arch pipe with a new 13'-3" x 9'-4" corrugated arch pipe. Project includes pavement reconstruction and upgrading the guiderail.
Drawings, specifications, bidding and contract documents may be examined at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Lee, or the Town Engineer's office and obtained from the Town Clerk, Town of Lee, for a non-refundable payment of fifty dollars ($50.00) per set.

A bid guarantee in the form of cash, certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal will be required of all bidders.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to re-advertise for bids at its discretion.
