LIVINGSTON COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF GENESEO Planning Board PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Geneseo Planning Board on February 18, 2026 at 4:35pm, in the Geneseo Village Building Board Room, 119 Main Street, Geneseo NY pursuant to Chapter 130 Zoning, Section 130-12, Section 130-20 and, 130 Attachment 6 of the Bulk and Use Table and any other sections of Village Code which may apply. Linden Coffee NY is seeking a Special Use Permit for a restaurant and Site Plan application approval to demolish an existing building and replace it with a 1550 SF stand-alone coffee shop with drive thru. The building is located at 4172 Lakeville Rd, Tax Map # 81.14-1-4.12., in the MU2 district of the Village of Geneseo. Said Board of Appeals will at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matters and objections thereto.
