LIVINGSTON COUNTY NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been introduced before the Board of Supervisors of the County of Livingston, NY, on February 11, 2026, a local law entitled “Local Law No. C-2026 entitled Extending the Existing Livingston County Guest Room Occupancy Tax” and NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Local Law at the Livingston County Government Center, Board of Supervisors Assembly Room, Third Floor, Geneseo, NY at 1:35 pm on February 25, 2026, at which time all persons interested will be heard.
