LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF CAZENOVIA OFFICIAL NOTICE RE: SPECIAL USE PERMIT Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Town Office Building, 7 Albany Street, Cazenovia, NY on the following matter: Request by John & Lisa Knutsen to review a special use permit for a Short-term Rental operation. Tax map parcel 76-2-14. Property is located at 5260 Ridge Road. Zoned Lake Watershed & Rural A. Zoning Board of Appeals File #26-1614. The Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of, or in opposition to this request for a Short-term Rental special use permit.
