CITY OF FULTON RFP Management Agreement–Bullhead Point Center NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the City of Fulton is Soliciting Requests for Proposals for ANY INDIVIDUAL, ANY GROUP, OR ENTITY, interested in a Management Agreement for the City of Fulton Bullhead Point Center. Property Details: Address: 711 W Broadway, Fulton, NY 13069 Square Footage: 2192 sq ft The Following Criteria has been Established by the City of Fulton Common Council on Tuesday, February 17, 2026: 1. The Lease Management Agreement shall be for a Period of (3) years. 2. Either Party may terminate the Agreement subject to the Management Agreement. 3. The Lessee/Tenant shall be responsible for all utilities, Cleanings and Inside Maintenance subject to the Management Agreement. 4. The City of Fulton, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if in their opinion, they are not in the best interests of the City of Fulton. 5. The Lessee/Tenant has the right to extend their lease at the end of the term of the Agreement, but only if Agreeable by both Parties. 6. The City shall be responsible for all building maintenance/infrastructure inside and outside the Building. 7. The Lessee/Tenant shall submit a negotiable monthly rental quote in their sealed proposal submitted to the City Clerk's Office. 8. All Proposals shall be sealed and submitted to the City Clerks Office located at 141 South First Street, Fulton, New York on or before Friday, March 13, 2026 up to 2:00 pm Local time. Said Proposals shall then be referred to the Audit and Finance Committee for review and recommendation to be returned to the Common Council for their Regular Scheduled Meeting on Tuesday April 7, 2026. 9.
