PUBLIC NOTICE YATES COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yates County Highway Department and the Yates County Public Works Committee will receive sealed bids for: Liquid Bituminous Materials Paver Placed Surface Treatment Cold Milling & Crushing/Screening of Asphalt Pavement Ready Mix Concrete Warm Mix Asphalt Concrete Bids will be received at the Yates County Highway Department, 939 Rt. 14A, Penn Yan, NY 14527-9139 until 10:00 a.m. on February 26, 2026 when they will be opened and publicly read. Bid documents are available, as of this date, at the Yates County Highway Department, 939 State Route 14A, Penn Yan, NY 14527 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Telephone number: 315-531-3200.
