NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Chester, County of Warren, has completed the TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk’s office at the Town Municipal Center where it can be reviewed during business hours and on-line atwww.warrencountyny.gov/rp [http://www.warrencountyny.gov/rp] The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Roll on May 4th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., May 5th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., May 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on May 16th from 4:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 28th during the following hours; 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. / 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Towns Municipal Center, in said town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessment, on the application of any person believing him or herself to be aggrieved.
