NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING






PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a Public Hearing before the Town Board of the Town of Chester on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Town of Chester Town Hall, 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown with the Town Board acting as the Local Board of Health, to consider the following application:




#SV2026-01 – Brill Island Holdings, LLC is requesting multiple septic variances for the installation of a replacement onsite wastewater treatment system. Property is located at 8320 State Route 9, Pottersville, identified by Tax Map Parcel No.: 36.-1-6.




The above application is open for inspection in the Town Clerk’s Office, by calling 518-494-5160. All interested parties will be heard at the hearing. Communications in writing in relation thereto can be mailed to: Town Clerk, PO Box 467, Chestertown, NY 12817 or emailed to: TownClerk@ChesterWCNY.gov no later than Friday, May 8, 2026, at 1:00 pm .
