PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Chester, the Town of Chester Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Municipal Center, 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, New York 12817 to consider the following application(s):




#SD2026-01: Zachary Pitcher and Lilian H. Holt are seeking approval for a Minor Two-Lot Subdivision for property located at 737 State Route 28N, identified by Tax Map Parcel #: 32.-1-26.1, in Zoning District Rural Use.



#SD2026-02: Christmas & Associates, Inc. is seeking approval for a Four-Lot Subdivision for property located at Cobble Creek Road, identified by Tax Map Parcel #: 32.-1-47.1, in Zoning District Rural Use.
