NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF DERUYTER ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of DeRuyter will hold a Public Hearing Pursuant to Article 2, Section 203 of the Town of DeRuyter Land Use Regulations on the 28 th of May, 2026 at 7pm in the Conference Room of the Town of DeRuyter Town Offices located at 735 Utica Street, DeRuyter NY. 13052.

Application # V-02-2026 is a request by Douglas+Patricia Slocum for tax parcel 191.-1-8 , located at 961 Middle Lake Rd, for the purpose of constructing a 28’x40’ pole barn.

The Board at said time and place will hear all those wishing to offer support or objection to the matters listed above. All persons may appear in person, by agent, by attorney, email or by letter. Copies of the petition are available for public inspection at the Town Office during regular business hours. This meeting is an in-person meeting.
