Please be advised that notice is hereby given that the Planning Board for the Town of DeRuyter will hold a Public Hearing Pursuant to Article 3, section 370.2 of the Town of DeRuyter’s Sub Division Regulations on the 21 st day of May, 2026 at 7pm in the Court Room of the Town of DeRuyter Town Offices located at 735 Utica Street, DeRuyter, NY 13052.




Sub Division # -02-26 is a request by Michael S. Williams II and Christie L. Williams for tax parcel 177-1-21.2, Williams Road, for the purpose of sub dividing the above mentioned parcel.




The Board at said time and place will hear all those wishing to offer support or objection to the matters listed above. All persons may appear in person, by agent, by attorney, email or by letter. Copies of the petition are available for public inspection at the Town Office during regular business hours. This meeting is an in-person meeting.
