VILLAGE OF DERUYTER

NOTICE AND RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT








I, the undersigned Treasurer of the Village of DeRuyter, have received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes for the present year at my office from June 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Taxes will be collected at the Village Office at 735 Utica Street during the following business hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. If paying taxes by mail remit to Village of DeRuyter % Ardene Tiffany, Po Box 277, DeRuyter, NY 13052.

Taxes will be received until June 30, 2026, without additional charge. On all taxes remaining unpaid after July 1st, five percentum will be added, and after August 1st, an additional one percentum will be added for each month or fraction thereof until paid.

If taxes are unpaid as of September 15, 2026, and a second notice of taxes due is processed, an additional charge of two dollars ($2.00) will be levied and will become a part of the amount due.
