PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of Kingsbury sitting as the Local Board of Health will hold a public hearing on May 18, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., at the Town Hall of the Town of Kingsbury, 6 Michigan Street, Hudson Falls, New York, 12839 concerning the potential public nuisance and potential violations of the Public Health Law and Sanitary Code of the State of New York arising from premises located at 3569 Burgoyne Avenue in the Town of Kingsbury, Washington County, New York.
