PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Kingsbury on May 18, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Offices of the Town of Kingsbury, 6 Michigan Street, Hudson Falls (Town of Kingsbury), New York for the consideration of a proposed local law providing for flood damage prevention. The local law updates and supersedes the Town’s current local law providing for flood damage prevention in relation to flood zone mapping and changes in applicable law. All persons wishing to appear and be heard on the proposed local law may do so at the time and place above.
