GENESEE COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that the Village of LeRoy Zoning Board of appeals will hold a Public Hearing to consider the request of Joseph Sherman for an area Variance to the side and rear setback for a 20’x30’ Garage at 59 Wolcott St., LeRoy, New York 14482. Village zoning for an R2 zone requires a 10’ side setback and a 35’ rear setback. The Proposed location would be 2’ from the side lot line requiring an 8’ variance and 25’ from the rear lot line requiring a 10’ variance. This would put the garage in the same location as the previous garage that was destroyed by a fallen tree. Said hearing will be held April 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall, 48 Main Street, LeRoy NY.
