Please take notice that the Town of LeRoy Zoning Board of appeals will hold a Public Hearing to consider the request of Matt Beverly for an area Variance to the side and rear setback for a 12’ x 24’ shed at 8391 West Bergen Rd, LeRoy, New York 14482. Town zoning for an R&A zone requires a 12’minimum Side set-back and a 35’ rear setback. The Proposed location would be 10’ from the side lot line requiring a 2’ variance and 15’ from the rear lot line requiring a 25’ variance.
