LEGAL NOTICE The Village of Spring Valley Board of Trustees, will hold a public hearing on May 11, 2026, at 8:15 PM in the Village Auditorium, located at 200 N. Main St. Spring Valley, NY, 10977 for the purpose of hearing public comments on the application of JJ3 MGMT LLC requesting the Board of Trustees to grant: 1) a special permit for multifamily housing, 2) a zone change from the R-2 zoning district to PRD zoning district; and 3) a special permit to allow for construction of four-story-dwellings at 118, 120, and 122 Lake Street designated on the Tax Map of the Village of Spring Valley as 57.32, Block I, Lots 10.3, 11, 12, 10.1. Comments related to the application will be received at this time. The Village Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. If special accommodations are needed for persons with disabilities, those with hearing impairments, those individuals should contact Olga Sweet, Village Clerk, at (845) 352-1100, at least three days in advance of the hearing date to allow for necessary arrangements.
