LEGAL NOTICE The Village of Spring Valley Board of Trustees, will hold a public hearing on May 11, 2026, at 8:15 PM in the Village Auditorium, located at 200 N. Main St. Spring Valley, NY, 10977 for the purpose of hearing public comments on the application requesting the Board of Trustees 1) issue a special permit for multifamily housing in the PRD Overlay District; 2) issue a special permit for two four-story buildings; 3) issue a special permit to permit floodplain development; and 4) to amend the PRD overlay district to include 113-115 Lake Street designated on the Tax Map of the Village of Spring Valley as 57.24-2-6, 57.24-2-4 and 57.32-1-9 with certain conditions. Comments related to the application will be received at this time. The Village Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. If special accommodations are needed for persons with disabilities, those with hearing impairments, those individuals should contact Olga Sweet, Village Clerk, at (845) 352-1100, at least three days in advance of the hearing date to allow for necessary arrangements. Written comments may also be submitted to Olga Sweet, Village Clerk, at osweet@villagespringvalley.org until May 11, 2026.
