Bid Notice — Tinora Softball Field, Defiance, Ohio

The Northeastern Local School District Board of Education (“Owner”) is seeking construction manager at-risk services for upgrades to Tinora Softball Field. The Project consists of installing turf and related facilities, as well as necessary excavation, sub-surface preparation, and grading for the bullpens and infield. The Budget and final estimates are still emerging, but currently, the Board anticipates a total construction cost of $250,000. Interested firms can submit statements of qualification to Nicole Wells, Superintendent, via email to nwells@tinora.org, by 4:00 p.m. on May 26, 2026.
